Not before you go to bed (or not later than 4 o' clock) , they might keep you from getting a good sleep.

    only if it is in liquid form pills are hard fr you body to break down and absorb and i dont remember if it is 75 or 95 percent of the vitamin that just goes to waste and is excreted

    It makes no real difference as in the UK there is overwhelming evidence that they are of no real benefit.

    As far as I know, it should take right after your breakfast/lunch and before going to your work.
