When looking to build muscle, there are a variety of products on the market today. According to the manufacturer, BSN’s CellMass is an after workout and night time recovery product. It’s used to not only accelerate muscle recovery, but also endurance and power. To aid in recovery, CellMass replaces high energy compounds in the body including: ATP, creatine phosphate, glycogen, and electrolytes.
CellMass is an excellent way to put on muscle mass, along with recovering from workouts quickly. You’ll see a noticeable strength increase and the quicker recovery time. Most users begin to feel the results within a week. In addition, CellMass users have reported that they don’t experience the bloating and cramping they get from other supplements on the market. This is due to the fact that, unlike other supplements, CellMass isn’t high in creatine monohydrate – known wreakers of gastrointestinal havoc!
CellMass is easy to mix and comes in a variety of delicious flavors. These include: Arctic Berry Blast, Fruit Punch, Grape Cooler, and a 6-pack variety pack of all three flavors in pre-mixed, individual serving sizes. All three varieties are equally delicious and easy to drink.
Other than putting on weight (due to muscle increase), which some may see as a drawback, the other downside of CellMass comes in the amount of water recommended to drink with the product. It is recommended that the user consumes at least 120 ounces of water each day, to flush the system — nearly a gallon of water. Not only is this amount of water consumption sometimes difficult to do, but when achieved the resulting effect is frequent trips to the restroom.
A final drawback to CellMass supplement is price. BNS sells the 1.76 pound jug for $63.99, much higher than other muscle supplements. However, the product really does work, without some of the unpleasant gastrointestinal side effects of other products, and is therefore well worth the price.
