6 – Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

7 – Do not eat foods with high calories or fat.

8 – Sleep at least 8 hours a day.

9 – Try to exercise in the morning, this will help your metabolism steadily increase over the day.

10 – Drinking green tea before you exercise will help with burning stubborn fat.

11 - Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

12 – Weigh your body and set goals. One of the biggest confidence boosters can be seeing the weight fall, along with tracking your progress and motivating you.
